About Us
Supporting Home Schoolers
Our mission is to help exemplary home schoolers to pursue a college education. For that reason, we provide scholarships to help applicants from home schools to help with the cost of college.
The Home School Scholars Scholarship
Scholarship rules and details:
1. Must be a senior in a home school.
2. Must be applying to a two or four year college.
3. Deadline for submission: 10/01/2023. Winners will be notified 01/02/2024
4. Three $500 scholarships will be awarded to the top applicants that best demonstrate intellectual vitality and curiosity.
How to apply:
1. Write a 500 to 800 word essay as to how home schooling has helped you to pursue intellectual vitality.
2. Submit a letter of recommendation from an academic teacher. Letters must come directly from recommender.
3. Submit essay and letter of recommendation to scholarship@homeschoolscholars.org
